At Oak Hills Church, we believe life is a gift from God. The gospel compels us to live courageously and love authentically as we follow Jesus moment by moment. The invitation from Jesus to follow him is an invitation from our maker to discover the purpose for which we’ve been created. When following Jesus, we are prepared to share the hope of Jesus with a hurting world.
Gather with us online or in-person as we pray and honor the sanctity of all life during our weekend worship services on January 16-17 weekend. Learn more HERE.
CARE & COUNSELING
You are loved unconditionally and there is nothing you can do to earn or lose God’s love or ours. Jesus invites us all into a new life of freedom from guilt and shame, and offers us forgiveness, healing, and new beginnings moment by moment of each day. Our OHC Pastoral Care team would be honored to walk with you on this journey. Classes and care communities are available through our Care Ministry. Professional Christian counseling services are also available by appointment for adults, children, individuals, and couples. Our licensed counselors work from a biblically-based, solution-focused, clinically-competent process, guided by the Holy Spirit and informed by Scripture, to bring about healing, spiritual formation and Christ-centered living. PRAYER & ADVOCACY
We can pray for those in our city and nation facing unexpected pregnancy to make God and life-honoring choices. Be a voice for the voiceless and advocate for the sanctity of life. Join with others in praying and advocating for life in our city through the 40 Days of Life organization. 40 Days for Life is an internationally coordinated 40-day campaign that aims to end abortion locally through prayer and fasting, community outreach, and a peaceful all-day vigil in front of abortion businesses. The 40 day campaign begins February 17, 2021. Sign up to pray and participate in San Antonio HERE.
